What is Rotate PDF?

A Rotate PDF tool changes the orientation of pages in a PDF. Frequently asked questions

Does the rotation stay when I reopen the PDF?+

Yes. The rotation is written into the PDF itself, so every viewer and printer will show the pages in the corrected orientation - not just the app you rotated them in.

Can I rotate only one page?+

Yes. Select just the page you want and apply the rotation to it, leaving the rest of the document untouched. You can also rotate all pages at once.

Is my file uploaded to rotate it?+

No. The rotation is applied in your browser with pdf-lib, so your PDF never leaves your device. It is safe for confidential documents.

What rotation angles are available?+

You can rotate pages 90 degrees clockwise, 90 degrees counter-clockwise, or 180 degrees. Applying 90 degrees twice gives you 180, and so on.

Will rotating affect the page content or quality?+

No. Rotation only changes the orientation. The text and images are untouched and lose no quality.
